In an apparently ordinary apartment, a ten-year-old girl, Celine, struggles with feelings of loneliness and alienation on what should be a festive day: her birthday. The encounter with a stuffed toy becomes the catalyst for a symbolic confrontation with her fears and her desire for self-affirmation.
